'What Did You Do' is a rhetorical, a comment on 2020, the year that changed the world.

The soundtrack to the new 'post lockdown' you. 2020 has been a wild ride. This song was written after watching the world fall into a spiral of ridiculousness, followed by memes, videos of people baking and black squares.

Written by lead singer Martha Phillips during lockdown the band self recorded the song in their homes, and is the first fully self produced track by Martha, who spent lockdown working on her production skills. With lyrics "there's a change coming, a mighty flood or something"we expect this song to resonate with specific reference to climate crisis and recent protests.

We wanted to share the acapella as the lyrics are so relevant right now, we want people to really listen to them and the best way is to strip away the noise.
